You are not required to demonstrate previous experience or knowledge on managing human or strategic resources in organisations to succeed in this course. As future managers it is important to work on novel and hypothetical scenarios and know, how to adopt various human resource management approaches, strategies and methods to evaluate practices for high performance. Such frames the overall aim of this short course on Human Resource Management.
